KUALA LUMPUR, 8 May 2025 – PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) marked a historic milestone today with the launch of the first locally assembled Audi SUV – the Audi Q7 S line. Starting at RM459,990 (excluding the Audi Assurance Package), this 7-seater flagship SUV strengthens Audi’s position in the premium segment in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian market.
The Q7 S line, unveiled at the Malaysia AutoShow 2025 at MAEPS Serdang, is Audi’s first Completely Knocked Down (CKD) model in the region — a culmination of German engineering refined with Malaysian craftsmanship.
Bold Design Meets Premium Features
Sporting a powerful and elegant silhouette, the new Q7 S line is equipped with S line exterior styling, including sculpted bumpers, dynamic side skirts, and the Black Styling Package Plus. The blacked-out Singleframe grille, anthracite grey Audi rings, and exclusive 22-inch Audi Sport 5-V-spoke star wheels complete its commanding appearance. It is offered in four exterior colours: Glacier White, Waitomo Blue, Mythos Black (metallic), and Daytona Grey (pearl effect).
Performance and Driving Dynamics
Under the hood, the Q7 is powered by a 3.0-litre TFSI V6 MHEV engine, delivering 340PS and 500Nm of torque. The 48V mild-hybrid system enhances efficiency while supporting smoother coasting and quicker restarts — all without needing a plug-in charge.
The SUV sprints from 0–100 km/h in 5.6 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h. Power is delivered via an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission and quattro all-wheel drive, ensuring confident handling and dynamic agility.
With Audi Drive Select, drivers can tailor the drive experience across up to seven modes, including off-road and sport settings. The Adaptive Air Suspension Sport adjusts ride height automatically — raising it by up to 60 mm for rough terrain, or lowering by 30 mm for high-speed stability.
The all-wheel steering system enhances agility at low speeds and stability at high speeds, resulting in a smoother, sharper driving experience.
Advanced Lighting and Technology
The Q7 debuts HD Matrix LED headlights with Audi Laser Light and selectable digital daytime running light signatures. The laser lights significantly extend high beam range, enhancing night-time visibility and safety.
Inside, the Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus features a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with customisable display modes. A head-up display projects key driving information onto the windscreen.
Premium in-cabin entertainment is powered by a Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System, featuring 19 speakers and a 730-watt amplifier. Seamless connectivity is ensured via Audi Connect, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a wireless smartphone charger.
Comfort, Versatility, and Space
Built for families and long-haul luxury, the Q7 offers a spacious cabin for seven occupants, with generous head and legroom throughout. Valcona leather Sport Seats Plus with embossed S logos and a flat-bottomed leather steering wheel elevate cabin sophistication.
Third-row seats fold electronically, and the second row folds flat to expand boot capacity to 1,908 litres. A powered tailgate with a kick sensor and air suspension-assisted load leveling simplify cargo access.
Other premium touches include power-latching doors for a quieter, smoother close.
Safety and Driver Assistance
A full suite of advanced safety systems includes:

Each Q7 comes with a 2-year unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty. Customers can upgrade with the Audi Assurance Package for RM20,000, which extends warranty coverage to 5 years/150,000 km and adds:
