KUALA LUMPUR, August 3, 2026 — iCAUR Malaysia has officially entered East Malaysia with the opening of its first full-fledged Sales, Service and Spare Parts Centre (3S) Centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, strengthening its presence and customer support in the region.
Operated by Universal Icar Sdn Bhd, the new 3S Centre responds to growing demand from East Malaysian customers by providing convenient access to iCAUR vehicles, servicing, spare parts and comprehensive ownership support under one roof.
Mr Francis Chin, Senior Director of iCAUR Malaysia, said the opening marked an important step in the brand’s nationwide expansion.
“Expanding into Kota Kinabalu brings the complete iCAUR experience closer to customers in Sabah and ensures they receive the same level of sales and aftersales support available in Peninsular Malaysia. With 21 sales points currently in operation and a target of 30 by the end of 2026, we are growing quickly but strategically, with Sarawak identified as our next area of expansion to meet demand across East Malaysia,” he said.
Spanning a total built-up area of 1,170 square metres, the new centre can accommodate up to four display vehicles and features three dedicated service bays. It also includes a vehicle delivery bay, two private EV charging bays, a customer lounge with Wi-Fi and complimentary food and beverages, and an interactive gaming zone.
Designed as more than a conventional dealership, the centre reflects iCAUR’s Born to Play spirit by creating a comfortable and engaging space where customers can discover the brand, service or charge their vehicles and connect with the wider iCAUR lifestyle.
