The inclusion of a modified car program within KLIMS 2026 reflects the exhibition’s broader approach in covering not only vehicle manufacturers and mobility technology, but also Malaysia’s automotive enthusiast and aftermarket community.

In recent years, modified car events and community gatherings have continued to attract participation from enthusiasts across different segments including JDM, Euro, stance, track-oriented builds, VIP style, restoration projects, and audio-focused vehicles. Programs such as the KLIMS Modified Car Battle provide a platform for these communities to showcase their builds within a larger automotive exhibition environment.
