Retro Havoc 2025: A Monumental Celebration of Automotive Culture in Malaysia

Retro Havoc has officially launched the 10th edition of its highly anticipated annual event, drawing retro car enthusiasts and modification lovers from across the region. Held at The Curve, Mutiara Damansara, the launch event welcomed members of the automotive media, esteemed guests, and the event’s main sponsors, setting the tone for what promises to be an unforgettable showcase.


This year marks a significant milestone as Retro Havoc cements its place as Malaysia’s largest car show, hosting the highest number of international vehicle participants in its history. Over 100 cars from Thailand and 50 from Singapore have confirmed their participation, highlighting the event’s growing influence across Southeast Asia.
Key Highlights of Retro Havoc 2025:
- Iconic Appearances: Automotive legends such as Wataru Kato of Liberty Walk Japan, world-renowned photographer Larry Chen (USA), and popular automotive YouTuber THE SAMMIT will be making special appearances.
- Special Car Reveal: The much-anticipated unveiling of a custom Datsun Fairlady S30Z project, a collaboration between Retro Havoc and Liberty Walk Japan, is set to be a major highlight.
- Lucky Draw Extravaganza: Attendees stand a chance to win jaw-dropping prizes including a Toyota Celica ZZT231 and a Mercedes 190E EVO II Bodykit, sponsored by Sonax Malaysia.


Scheduled for May 31, 2025, the main event will take place at The Curve Mall’s B2 parking area, running from 9 AM until midnight. With over 1,000 cars on display and an expected crowd of 50,000 visitors from Malaysia and abroad, this is set to be a record-breaking celebration of automotive culture.
