JETOUR Dashing Dark Warrior Limited Edition Arrives in Malaysia – Stealth Styling Meets Everyday Practicality

JETOUR Malaysia has expanded its local SUV lineup with a bold new addition, the Dashing Dark Warrior Limited Edition. Designed for those who prefer a more aggressive and distinctive road presence, this latest variant introduces a full matte black aesthetic while retaining the practicality and performance that define the Dashing range.

At first glance, the Dark Warrior lives up to its name. The SUV adopts a striking matte black exterior finish, complemented by a complete blacked-out treatment across key design elements. The front and rear JETOUR lettering, along with the Dashing emblem, are all finished in deep black, creating a cohesive stealth-inspired look. Enhancing this further are the 19-inch Phantom Spec alloy wheels, also finished in black, while red brake calipers add a subtle yet sporty contrast.

Despite its visual upgrades, the Dark Warrior Limited Edition remains mechanically unchanged. It continues to be powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine, delivering 156 PS and 230 Nm of torque. Paired with a six-speed dual-clutch transmission, the SUV offers a balanced driving experience suited for both urban commutes and highway cruising. Drivers can also select from three drive modes which are Economy, Comfort, and Sport, depending on their preferred driving style.

Dimensionally, the Dashing sits comfortably within the competitive C-segment SUV space. Measuring 4,590 mm in length with a 2,720 mm wheelbase, it positions itself between popular rivals like the Honda CR-V and Toyota Corolla Cross, offering a blend of road presence and maneuverability. Practicality remains a key strength, with a boot capacity of 486 litres, expandable to 977 litres with the rear seats folded.

Inside, the cabin continues to focus on modern connectivity and user comfort. A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster seamlessly integrates with a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, forming a widescreen display layout. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come as standard, alongside a 50W wireless fast charger and a six-way power-adjustable driver seat. Ambient lighting further enhances the cabin experience, giving it a contemporary and premium feel.

Safety remains comprehensive, with six airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and a 360-degree surround-view camera system that includes a 180-degree transparent underbody view. The SUV is also equipped with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), featuring blind spot detection, lane change warning, and rear cross traffic alert. However, it is worth noting that autonomous emergency braking (AEB) is still not included.

Priced at RM117,200 (on-the-road, without insurance), the Dark Warrior Limited Edition carries the same pricing as the previously launched Prime variant. Ownership is further supported by an attractive package, including a seven-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty, a 10-year/1,000,000 km engine warranty, and five free service sessions.
