Leapmotor has officially entered the MPV segment with the unveiling of the Leapmotor D99, revealed during the company’s 10th anniversary celebration in Hangzhou. As Leapmotor’s first-ever MPV, the D99 represents a major milestone for the Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) brand and joins the D19 SUV as a flagship model under the newly established D-series.

As a full-size MPV, the Leapmotor D99 measures 5,200 mm in length, just under 2,000 mm in width, and rides on a 3,100 mm wheelbase, placing it firmly in the same size category as premium electric MPVs like the Zeekr 009. Its dimensions translate into generous cabin space, particularly for second- and third-row occupants.

The D99 adopts Leapmotor’s latest design language, shared with the D19 SUV. The front fascia features three-segment daytime running lights with split headlamps positioned lower in the bumper.
