Malaysian Riders Recognised by Malaysia Book of Records for Historic Harley-Davidson Feats

Malaysian Riders Set New Records with Landmark Harley-Davidson Rides
Kuala Lumpur, 19 September 2025 — The Malaysia Book of Records has officially recognised two major achievements by Malaysian riders Dato Muruganantham @ Anand and K.V.R Sanjevee, honouring their endurance and adventurous spirit in a ceremony attended by prominent members of the motorcycling community.
The duo was awarded for:
- Longest Harley-Davidson Ride in India by a Duo – a journey covering 11,475 kilometers, and
- Highest Altitude Harley-Davidson Ride by a Duo – becoming the first Malaysians to reach Umling La Pass, the world’s highest motorable road at 19,024 feet.

The recognition ceremony was attended by Yang Berhormat Senator Dato’ Sivarraajh Chandran, alongside Mr. Jegan Kasinathan (H.O.G. Regional Director), Mr. Lau Chye Wang (Brand Head for Harley-Davidson Malaysia), as well as other notable guests and Harley-Davidson owners.
These accomplishments highlight not only the riders’ personal commitment and resilience but also elevate Malaysia’s profile in the global motorcycling arena. The event also served as a celebration of the Harley-Davidson community and its role in fostering a spirit of adventure among local riders.
