Lamborghini Temerario Debuts in Malaysia: A New Breed of V8 Hybrid Supercar Roars In

KUALA LUMPUR, 19 July 2025 – Lamborghini Malaysia has officially pulled the covers off its latest creation, the Lamborghini Temerario – a bold, electrified successor to the iconic Huracán. This new supercar marks a radical shift in the brand’s performance philosophy, blending a high-revving twin-turbo V8 engine with cutting-edge hybrid technology. Starting from RM1.35 million before duties and options, the Temerario is now the most accessible entry point to Lamborghini’s plug-in hybrid lineup in Malaysia.

Electrified Power, Pure Performance

At the heart of the Temerario beats a brand-new 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, revving to a spine-tingling 10,000 rpm. Alone, it delivers 800 PS, but when combined with its trio of electric motors, total output skyrockets to 920 PS. This hybrid system propels the Temerario from 0-100 km/h in a blistering 2.7 seconds and on to a top speed of 343 km/h.

Three electric motors – two at the front for all-wheel-drive torque vectoring and one at the rear assisting the V8 – are powered by a 3.8 kWh battery, giving the Temerario electric-only driving capabilities for short city trips. A unique feature: the front motors alone can propel the car silently, offering a glimpse of Lamborghini’s electric future.

Sculpted for Speed

Visually, the Temerario commands attention with its sharp, aerodynamic lines and signature Lamborghini aggression. Every detail serves a purpose: from the hexagon-shaped lights and side scoops to the sculpted rear diffuser. The fixed rear spoiler, combined with a redesigned underbody and diffuser setup, generates 103% more rear downforce than its predecessor.

Opt for the Alleggerita Pack, and the Temerario transforms further with lightweight carbon fibre elements – boosting downforce by up to 158% for those craving maximum track-day dominance.

A Cabin That Blends Tech With Theatre

Step inside, and the Temerario greets you with Lamborghini’s signature fighter-jet aesthetic, now modernised with three digital displays. A 12.3-inch driver’s screen, an 8.4-inch central touchscreen, and a 9.1-inch passenger display provide all the data and entertainment you could ask for. Wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a premium Sonus faber sound system elevate the cabin experience.

Lamborghini’s new Vision Unit – a three-camera system – lets drivers capture every drive from inside and out, including front-facing footage, in-cabin views, and even driver selfies.

Comfort hasn’t been ignored: power-adjustable seats, heating, ventilation, and premium materials like Corsatex microfibre and carbon fibre trim options make the cabin both luxurious and performance-focused.

Customisation Without Limits

Exterior personalisation options are near limitless, with over 400 colours available – though two new exclusive hues, Blu Marinus and Verde Mercurius, headline the launch palette. Wheel options range from cast and forged alloys to lightweight carbon fibre rims, wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres.

Lamborghini’s Next Chapter Begins

With its aggressive styling, futuristic cockpit, and a powertrain that seamlessly fuses V8 muscle with electric innovation, the Lamborghini Temerario redefines what a hybrid supercar can be. For Malaysian enthusiasts seeking performance without compromise, the Temerario signals not just a new model, but the beginning of Lamborghini’s next performance era.
